Refund policy

We offer product exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour. 

We offer "No Questions Asked" returns if the product has not been worn or washed, and is returned in Original Condition with all Original Tags within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, products marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged once Shipped. 

A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period from the date of delivery. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged if the product is used or returned without original packaging. 

Please Note that the products on Clearance Sale Under Section Bargain, cannot be Returned or Exchanged. These are Final Sale items and once bought these cannot be returned for Refund or exchanged for another product.
